I've noticed there have been efforts to engage the public in corrupt and extrajudicial operations against Imperial Citizens in the form of an immoral and hateful organisation known as the Federal Intelligence Service.

While their laughable wanted list is of no concern to myself or Drew Wagar, we are investigating their attempts to wage cold war against Citizens. Let me be clear: any action taken against Citizens of The Empire will result in swift and decisive action. We will support all those who will resist these agents of darkness and encourage the retirement of any vessels that carry such officers of deceit.

If you have any intelligence on this organisation or its members then by sharing it you will be enhancing your reputation in the Empire.

There have been rumours of my connections to the Federation, and while there is some truth to these rumours, I have to declare that I am no longer in the employ of the Federal Intelligence Service.

I have taken the decision to become an independent trader and forge my own path through the galaxy. I am waiting on Brookes, Braben and Barley (that fine legal establishment) to grant me clearance to power up my Cobra MkIII.

Even though I no longer work for the FIS, I cannot allow slanderous comments from such the likes of Commander Stabler and must advise him to tone down his anti-Federation words and attitude, and to remember it is better to live a quiet life than it is to die by the sword.

An Interesting but somewhat misguided FIS propaganda site.

So obliviously a recruitment drive to try make up for lost ground, the considerable success of the Empire in reversing previous Federation minded individuals to enlightenment, and thus turned Imperial has seeming alarmed and worried many at the FIS.

These individuals know that they are personally wanted, that they each contribute to the greatness that is the Empire in what ever form they desire to work, rewards can be wealth but more importantly dignity and self worth.
No our citizens are not discarded as a machine to work for rich masters, and have basic rights that are frequently abused.

Yes i see their dirty Fed clandestine hands at work here, Intimidate the weak minded, confuse and sow misinformation, their most wanted list dosnt worry me neither, i know who you are to! the lines are drawn and battles will be forthcoming......be watchful, be vigilant, or be Stardust!

Congratulations due to all people who have their names on a leaderboard before the game is even out. Well done Mr. Stabler in particular. Currently I'm a neutral observer, and will wait until it's clear which side is winning before I choose my side (much like my namesake Saint Christopher).

A sound tactic. However, we must all die someday and you may wish to consider the coolest faction in the first instance. That would be the Empire ;)

What a fine list! I'm humbled to be included with such esteemed and honourable pilots.
I think Illu is right, we are witnessing an all out recruitment drive for the festering Federation with it's insatiable desire to control peoples lives.

If you are considering which side to join, ask yourself if you enjoy being regulated when you trade.
If you enjoy paying crippling taxes to administrative entities you have never heard of.
If you enjoy being told what to do, who to vote for, what to buy, where to go.
If you enjoy being an insignificant statistic in an uncaring society with no sentiments of even rudimentary humanity.
If the answer is yes, then the Federation is for you.

If you want to live and be all that you can be, then the Empire gently holds out it's strong hand to you. If you are Trader or Miner, we will support you with generous tax breaks and unhindered commercial interactions. Mineral prices in Imperial stations are the most lucrative in known space for the Rock Jocks.
Our mercenary division within the Imperial Navy can offer you untold excitement, glory and wealth, if you are of a martial mind. We cherish our combat pilots with meaningful honours and eternal gratitude.
If you wish to pioneer for the greater Empire, you will find intensive ship support in the deepest regions of uncharted space. We do not fire and forget our Explorers as the Federation does. Data is not stolen in the Empire and full credits are given to a pilots discoveries.

Don't be another statistic, be what you can be! Join the Empire!
