I don't know if because the new update, but, please, your soft is not useless, i'm sure almost gamer who buy the game use your soft...
Try to make a new update of Slopeys ED BPC ...
That so sad to finish like that...

That's the first thing i made but nothing change, the best i have, "sometimes" is the name of the system...
Before the update of the game, the sorft working perfectly...
I download twelve times the soft, and each time i have all erase for sure before reinstall clearly, and nothing new.

Just for information, it's all working again. I had not started the game before, when I was trying to run the BPC. As soon as I ran the game and then opened the BPC it immediately picked up my location again!

It sounds like when the game updated it lost your log file location? make sure that if you have more than one folder under Users\username\AppData\Local\Frontier_Developme nts\Products\FORC-FDEV-D-*\
also remember that the BPC only supports EN/US language. if you have your system set to french it could cause issues

Just for information, i don't know how but, now i have the system where i am AND the station, but the "Commodity" = none
I'm not a newbie, i know how work a pc since i have 11 (now 25), i have notions of coding, java, unity, 3d modelisation, blender, after effect, maya, and i capable of repair a pc completly blind, but here, don't understand....
I'm sure of one thing, all that as begin with they're fuc*ing patch.

Hi Slopey! I love your market tool, and as another older guy playing Elite, I have to say that it's extremely helpful to get the most out of my rare time for game playing.

I don't know what you did in the last update to the parsing, but it moves like lightning now. Used to be 15-20 minutes, now it's 10-15 seconds.

I do hope the "Return Trip" box will make a reappearance soon, though. I miss being able to calculate runs for my space trucking company that are easy for my 10 year old daughter to fly for me. :)

Thank you very much for your efforts on behalf of our community. They are most appreciated...

Have you entered in the commodity data for the station you are at via the Add/Update Prices button?

Having a problem, won't show viable trade in the Best Profit Calculater (Beryllium LP 635-46 Cleave Plant Price 8050 Avail 2318 - LHS 3564 Froude Sell 9007) doesn't show at all. If i look in the System Data or Commodity Data sections everything shows for those two systems fine. I updated both locations using EliteOCR and everything looks fine cept wont show up as a viable trade.

Only shows 5 trade options from LP 635-46 Cleave Plant to LHS 3564 Froude with basic medicene being the best one at a unit profit of only 125. Should be other better trades but they don't show.

Opps have those backwards, should be from LHS 3564 to LP 635-46 for medicene showing as best trade option, sorry


Found my problem (knew it had to be on my end) Somehow my credits got reset to 1000 so wouldnt show anything cost more then that per unit.

Great software Slopey, much thx. Makes playing Elite so much more enjoyable

New to the BPC so the following might be already in the known issue bucket but I noticed that several metals (e.g. - Cobalt, Palladium, Platinum, and Silver) are incorrectly tagged as Minerals when updating station prices using the grid view.

Yes. Didn't you want to build one? Or ride your bike around the halls? Your ship's last overhaul is over due, it's started talking to the cables in the walls. It gets a little lonely, all these empty trades, watching NPCs go by...

Do you want to build a snowman?, it doesn't have to be a snowman.....

Might be able to help out with that error. Was getting the same error but found if I upgraded my Kaspersky anti virus to 'internet security 15 mr1' (maintenance release 1) it solved the problem. Tried shutting down anti virus before I did the update but it must leave the lock in place. Updated, restarted and it works fine now..
