I just rammed OP in Leesti, inside George Lucas station no fire zone, 4% of his hull remained but there was an explosion few moments later and he disappeared from my sensors so I guess he died. He was wanted and I first engaged him outside the no fire zone but he ran inside.

He was in eagle equipped with 3 missile racks.
