Now he has been destroyed.
By three players who ganged up and a couple of police.
Thought it was a bit unfair, which I find ironic.

Basically it took 3 people + the police + the help of watching the stream to take down one guy. I'd say that says a lot.

I was watching, too.

What he said was that it was all fun and games whilst his Python monstered all the little ships, but it stopped being fun when people organised against him.

Most interesting thread to read. I agree there should be some way in game that other players could alert others to possible pirates, griefers etc in an sector/area. Then people could help others out. Even people they didnt know.

Um, he's not crying about how it's unfair he got killed, he's pretty much accepted that he was going to die for a while. Can't really argue with the manner of death being pretty weak though. 5v1, yeah that's something to be real proud of. If he had lost 1v1, then that's an accomplishment.

Got him, but some other players decided to join in and help.
I would have preferred a one on one, especially since I got his hull to 50% in an earlier encounter.
I would have preferred to have the bounty awarded even more

As if, he's far from upset, part and parcel of the game...would have been good to see the one on one python battle though before more pvp vipers and police also got involved...

Python was going to pop him regardless.

I don't consider it 5v1, you can pretty much ignore the 2 npcs.

And yes, he said several times it was weak and unfair after he died pmsl

The difference is you're saying he's crying *because* he died, when he's saying the *manner* in which he died is a little weak. The past couple hours he's pretty much accepted that he's going to die at some point. I think most people would rather see a good 1v1 fight, because that would be an accomplishment. To me if it takes multiple people to take one guy down, it sort of cheapens the accomplishment.

This simply is not true, i've been in and out of lave regularly for days looking for this alleged pirate, He isn't there.....

Unpleasant just has it in for pirates fullstop, doesn't want them in the game at all, just ignore him...

And what a fine effort it was. Seeing that I interdicted him and did all the work, how about I find you in the void and we discuss the matter of payment owed. It was a tad over 570k as I seem to recall.

Of course you don't have to pay, I can always put your name on my list...

Using a python to kill solo vipers and cobras is fine, that's not weak at all. It's all fun and games that way round when they're facing a no win situation.

But when he faces at no win situation, it becomes weak. lol yeah ok

It certainly seems that way. I don't much like pirates either, but heck, I can tell the difference between a fair & unfair fight when I see one.
