Ingame Webbrowser

While I'm on a longer cruise through the Galaxy I like to watch streams/browse around the internet. I guess other cmdrs do the same thing. Wouldn't it increase immersion if there was a browserpanel ingame?

Based on other games with ingame browser I can say that it is not working well and everyone is rather alt-tabing, not even saying that it is mostly first step to cheat/exploit.

What I do is I launch the game via steam and I can access the steam web browser ingame (i'm currently using it). Works great ;)

Better way would be not having long boring bits where you can do nothing but stare at the screen and wait to arrive at destination
but some people think that is part of the immersion. Not me.

There's hardly any time to browse the net unless you are travelling in one of those systems where you have 10000Ls+ distances (if you are aware of the 7 second rule, that is). The only time I have to pick up a book or alt-tab is when I'm scooping for fuel.

In-game browser would ruin immersion, unless Frontier were to simulate the interweb as it is in the year 3300...
