Î think the OP refers to the verb in that sentences, i.e. "Frontier is hiring" vs "Frontier are hiring". Afaik both forms are correct, one refers to Frontier as a singular entity, the other refers to them as a group of people (in the same way that "the police" is used in plural). Personally, I also mostly use the plural verb form.![]()

"Frontier be hiring, yarrgghhh" is also an acceptable usage.
