There have been a bunch of disconnects today (never have net issues with ED normally) and i lost 2 outfitter purchases. Bought 2x32T cargo modules for ~111,000cr each. Anyway, i bought them and saw them fitted, then DC'ed and when i came back the money was gone but i dont have the 32T modules installed. So i just wanted to warn you guys in case you are about to buy something massive. Ticketed.

I'll +1 this sentiment. The game went through weird server instability issues shortly after Christmas too, if I recall correctly.

Best bet will be to not play for most of today. Find something else to occupy your Friday, everyone! Otherwise you're in for a lot of awkward credit and purchase losses.

Yep, happens when buying. I dont have much cash left. Just scouted out a route and bought a type-6 with 700K to spare. Was gonna fit with 104T cargo and leave me with around 350K to start grind up some cash close by. So since i have so little cash left i cant really play until this is fixed. Hope we get a heads up when this might be fixed from FD.

tried restarting ED now I get this error....unhandled exception during product update , object reference not set to an instance of an object, this is after losing purchases and 70% of money ((

couldn't have happened on a better day. Xmas company dinner tonite. No playtime anyway.

I hope for all of you they get it under control soon.

Ok, so i'm not the only one... just lost roughly 15M through 3 outfitting attempts until i realised that i had no more money left....*head->wall*

But it looks like a known issue, raised a ticket and already have areply after just 15mins

Lost half my credits :mad: Only been playing a week, so that was some hard earned cash down the drain...how do i ticket this? and any hope of getting the money back??

Man, i feel "lucky" losing ~230K compared to some of you with millions lol. :D Hope FD goes through logs and start dishing out credits soon. :)

created a ticket about it, see how fast they respond.

Do you all experience disconnects? I was in the middle of messing with my ships, no disconnects but after I put them back to their original set up I feel like I'm a million or 2 poorer. The thing is I left in the middle of the process and continue on another PC a few hours later (just around the time u guys getting errors). So for the life of me I can't remember my starting amount... I don't want to ticket as I am really not sure...

Edit: I feel poorer because with full load of palladium my balance was 9 mil or so, but Im back in the 8 mil afterward. can be modules I forgot to sell... Hopefully the fix is automatic so if I do lose smtg I will get it back
