Good rare trading routes in Empire space?

Anyone have any good tips for rare routes in Empire space for a ship with ~50T? I'd like one of my primary selling stations to be Empire controlled.

I have created good routes for 20 and 50T ships centered around Altair region <-> Lave region, but I'm just not seeing anywhere in Empire space with rares as clustered as they are in those two regions. Am I missing anything?

There are two 'Rare' selling stns at 47 Ceti but they are 500,000ls away from the main star.

Select RARES and then input your local station and it will list a route of available stations.
