Large cargo deliveries missions

Why is there no large cargo missions? Only missions that require less than 10 units? Surely missions that require large ships are needed, ie deliveries of over 50 units?

If your ship isn't big enough, you won't see "large" cargo missions. It could also be that the factions at that station don't trust you enough to offer bigger missions.

I'm maxed out at 96 free space, biggest haulage mission i've ever seen is 6 units?

Large cargo missions are rare, but they do pop up occasionally. Delivering forty-something tons of scrap appears quite often. I've also seen a mission to acquire 20 tons of consumer technology with a payout of 300 kCr - the highest-paid mission I've seen so far.
