Where can I find my list of rewards and custom names that I entered when I backed the game?

the backers manager is unfortunately no longer accessible so i'm sorry to say that info cannot currently be accessed.

Another quick question if you don't mind
.I have picked a Commander name (approved) and an NPC name (also approved). However, my commander name in the game is different than the one showing up. Just wondering how it works! Thanks again
I can't help you there - mine was the same in-game as my chosen name.
I do know that if you restart from scratch (Options, Clear Save), then you can choose a new commander name.
If I clear save, do I get the chance to choose my ship? My rewards say I can choose from a few types of Cobra's and an Eagle. I currently see in game that I have the Eagle (have not flown it yet) parked at a station. Currently in my Sidewinder. I don't mind losing the 40k credits I have, but I'm kinda worried about losing everything. I've seen some posts here that make me think I won't get those backer ships if I do the clear save option.
Anyway, thanks again for your help, sorry for my noob confusion.

Yes, I braved it and won a sidewinder and eagle. again.
But what of the choice between the Eagle and Cobra, it never let me pick. I'm so confused! lol
if the backers app is showing that you should have other start options i'd put in a support ticket, not all backers got the rewards they were supposed to get and these needed to be manually added to their accounts. it looks like you were one of those that have this error.
