Patch notes for Elite 1.1?

Where are they? I looked in the Elite Dangerous News and Announcements forum and there's a general post about the 1.1 patch but no specific patch notes. Have they not been released yet or am I being blind?

1.1 hasn't been released yet. It's 1.06 that came out today.

Since the ED 1.1 Beta will be launched two weeks from now I somehow doubt we'll get the patch notes at this time.
