Monday this week David held a TEDx-talk in Albert Hall about procedural generation and art.
This was live-streamed and I managed to see most of it. Sadly this is no longer available to see anywhere, at least not yet anyway. He was talking about how content can be created with the help of procedural generation, how beautiful and artful it can be and he helped to drive home that point with showing of pictures of planets created with these type of tools. Guess what game that was from!!
This was seen by a packed Albert Hall which is great!
I only have one problem with this.
We who watched the live-stream did NOT get to see those pictures since the video producer thought it was a good idea to show everything EXCEPT the slides themselves!
It was especially annoying when David said "as you can see in this image..." without actually getting to see it!
(We did get to see one slide...a slide showing of a number sequence...the same one we have seen in his procedural generation video during the KS. Nothing wrong with that, but not really what I would call eye-candy.)

Those images would be great to see! I don't care if you have to steal them off Davids computer. Just get it done!!
