Accretion Disk Locations?

Have any Explorers found Accretion Disks out in the black, or Matter Transfer Streams between stars - and if so where I may find some to sight-see?

Matter transfer streams and accretion discs are not in the game yet(dunno if ever but probably someday).
The I Bootis system has 2 stars that are close enough you should see a transfer stream but unfortuently not.
Black holes currently only have the lensing effect.

I almost flew into a black hole trying to get a closer look at the lensing effect.

NGC 7822 is full of black holes, amazing nebula.
Just don't get too close lol

Yeah Google brought me here too. Let's get this done. What's cool to look at out there? Was trying to go see some accretion action but apparently not.
