But yeah, u have to make the math profit/distance also if u using a ship that have bad jump range a small distance that dont pay that good can be better
Am in a Type-9 with a good scoop, it serves me well on most routes. Yeah I can share my routes, but via PM only. Have already sent you a msg and added you. I've got a maxed out Cobra/Clipper and Viper so can help out if you guy's need any. Oh and if this is a trick, it will be just as interesting, trust me
If you can land on outposts and have a decent jumprange, here is something for you:
I'm trading luxuries right now, so I don't need this route anymore. I think it's the best (in terms of profit/hour) you can get in the galaxy. Stations are close to the star, so you won't spend more than 1-2 minutes in SC.
What trade tool are you using there? I don't recognise it.
Ok guy's here's the deal. I jump into LHS 142, first off the system is beautiful, binary stars with the station 9LS away. Immediately I am pulled out of warp by a cmdr in a Python, I'm thinking lets roll, I'm in a empty T9 have loads of cash in my account, let's see what happens.
I arm weapons, he scans me then types a msg 'You are free to go' So whilst slightly honorable, he's still basically saying you have nothing off value get the bleep outa here. I'm thinking what the heck? you just damaged my ship. He boosts off and I launch 2 Torps and bunch off missiles, he manages to jump.. Shouldn't I have caused some kind mass lock? I weigh 1700T empty..
Anyway, I'm not a hotshot in the slightest, I fly a T9 most of the time. But if you plan to pull me out of warp expect a bloddy nose, I have no problem with punching above my weight, even if it means going down with my ship. Only reason I paused from immediately firing was because I read about the group in this post and thought they might be friendly

He might have been scanning you for bounties?
I dunno, all I know is if someone pulls me out of SC it can cost 100,000c or more. I dont pirate/bounty hunt, can they not scan in SC? If someone pulls me over and they're not the cops, I'm shooting at them.
Anway, I'm still here doing a few runs, the moneys good but not great. Around 1.2 million per round trip with 428T
Those Pythons are still cruising the system, I realized thatI know the guy who pulled me out of SC, he posts a lot on here. Can't tell if the Pythons are supposed to be the good guy's or the bad guy's

I knew there were torps otw lol, though to be honest I respect the traders who choose to fight i'm very unlikely to destroy one for it. Couple of points, I didn't get mass locked because i was too far away its around 3~km if i remember correctly, secondly if you are empty just submit its what most players do i'm not gonna shoot a trader with an empty cargo hold and If i was a psycho i'd just kill you anyway.
And think about how I feel! I took interdiction damage on the only T9 in the universe thats empty
On another topic I only interdicted 11 people today and 6 of them Alt f4'd during the engagement is this really the state of open now? I even had a pair of bounty hunters, asp and a python come after me then log off when they lost. I have to say if you got handled 2v1 then cheated to escape the penalty you must have no pride whatsoever.
Ty very much to the players who chose to fight honourable/drop cargo/escape the hard way, at least you made it worthwhile!

480c Profit per tonne Progenitor Cells is not what you call worth the trip!
1200 profit per tonne Beryllium is not what you call worth the trip!
