There was no résistance française at all in the area last night. The few players we met either ran away or joined the code. Shame really , my plasma accelerators were itching to be fired.

Bumping causes damage here, so if you do it, make sure you're hitting an unshielded target, and you have 4 pips to shields. Most of the rest of the techniques are the same.
It's not so much the miners who complain about PvP in these parts, but the traders. You'll find the vast majority of easy marks around the "rare goods" stations.
'Roid belts are the same, mostly when it comes to going after miners. They aren't as active here as they are on Eve, though.
Floating around the sun on a trade route is where you'll find most traders. Try to interdict them while fuel scooping in an anarchy system.

Glad to see you're here though! As a former CODE member, I'll be looking forwards to crossing lazors with you!

You must have changed your name as we havent had a "rivka". thanks for the heads up but we don't do ramming. We have a number of (disposable) small fast ships backed up with Pythons and Anacondas just in case we need them.

I assume you mean code in eve, who we aren't connected to.

Yeah, I meant CODE in Eve, they have a similar thing going over there. I flew with them for quite a long while. Either way, have fun and good luck!

We aren't connected to the code in eve. Visit our forum in my sig. We are just a bunch of lovably violent pilots who want your stuff. Normally, we don't kill without loot. This weekend's political violence is our opening statement to tell people we are here and we won't put up with anyone else's tyranny and this will continue to be the case even taking into account the French Canadian's frantic backpedalling.

just sounds to me like you guys are too lazy to fly a 100 plus light years and get your own rare goods !!!

I come read the forum and there endless post about how to get people to play in open play and that every one should play open play or that if you don't play open you shouldn't be allowed to come in to open later, then you get groups like yours actively ganging up on folks advertising your intentions and causing lots of people to drop to private groups or solo or boycott the entire area, eventually youll have a 400 billion star system with just you in it , good luck to you with that but I wont be donating to your cause

Since there is no chance at all of us interdicting and robbing every one who passes through lane, all we do is add an element of risk and excitement in any open trade run. There is no excitement in trading in solo. We also have reports of players enjoying the thrill of the chase. You can imagine my opinion of those who avoid any kind of risk or interaction.

I think Imbolc is only really known to the Gaelic people. It was probably used to try and cheer up the poor souls living in the cold climates of Ireland and Scotland along the lines of, lets have a day in the middle of winter when its freezing cold to try to convince people that its actually the beginning of spring.
According to most observers Winter is the three coldest months of December, January and February in the Northerm hemisphere and June July and August in the southern hemisphere.
