LFT 926 had a bunch that last time I was there. Founders might have them too, their inventory cycled pretty recently.

Yes I had three on the Python
they spawned in Shinrarta Dezhra then changed a week later.

Beta-1 Tucanae
2/12 - No Class 3 Burst gimballed here.
2/12 - None here either.
2/12 - Another dead end, no Gimballed.
I just got rid of mine on my clipper, the gimbal accuracy is really bad on this weapon for some reason, pulse and beam seem a lot better. bought mine at CD-51 102 which has pretty good shipyard/outfitting.
The equip that is available changes from day to day. Most of the time Beta-1 Tucanae has Class 3 Gimballed Burst Lasers, I got mine from there. You had just bad luck :/
For better accuracy you need good sensors, it really makes a difference. Beams are the weapons with the worst accuracy, if you use gimballed.

Imho a good indicator if there is high tech lvl equip just check the available ships in the shipyard.. if there are more then 7-8 you can take a look.
They are available at Beta-1 Tucanae, I'm looking at them right now
I came all the way back a second time, and they still aren't here!

If you're still around in Empire space check out Mehuenomici, I felt like switching out my beams for bursts and went looking, found them here just now.
thats odd, in my experience beams are more accurate, unless you're talking about turrets?
I have A5 sensors, and I keep seeing people say they make a big difference, but I've never noticed any in practice.
I appreciate the tip, and I will check later. I logged out at beta-1 tucanae, hoping when I login tomorrow they are there.
