1) This wa a kickstarter project. You can't even demand that a kickstarter project deliver anything. Many haven't and that's just the way kickstarter is.
2) FD are supplying content, tweaks and bugfixes after the release of their game. That is not something they are obliged do. They could have made it DLC for cash just as well. Or just left it the way it came out in December.
There's nothing you can demand. You can ask. Nicely. And if you get then you can say "thank you" and if you don't then you can say "oh well". But that's about the size of it.

The Beta wasn't to test bugs it was made to make the people that spent money on the beta originally to feel better about their purchase. This is the issue with all KS with a release version as well. You have to sell the new user a different product at a different price to make the KS worth it.

Wrong. Kickstarter has quite clear rules about delivery and procedures that have to be gone through with backers if deliverables are changed.
Really?, Do you barely know what commerce rules stands for kid?, Their money, their houses, their cars, their jobs, every penny they have right now is because we bought a product, and we as consumers has the right to complain for this mistake.

Sorry, but it isn't unplayable - I played it for hours last night in a Python no problem. You just find it not to your liking - hardly the same thing. If you were talking about day 1 of Alien: Colonial Marines, then you'd have some points, but a collision bug doesn't write the game off. They'll fix it soon enough*, same as Clipper bug or any other. Why release 1.1 with a reported bug? They have probably already branched the code for 1.2 Beta and don't want to back-track to 1.1 once more unless it's critical. It's easy to point the finger and criticise when you don't know the full picture.
You complained in your previous post about navigation fixes not being implemented, but didn't say what. Vague hand waving and generalising doesn't really tell us anything. Be specific about the bugs. Are they ticketed?
Saying you'll try Star Citizen instead. Well, imagine for a moment all the people who've posted rage threads here about recklessly boosting and crashing an unshielded ship with full cargo uninsured and how it's anyone's fault but theirs. Now image that x100,000 when they've all paid £100+ for the ship they just lost. That'll be the insane levels of nerd-rage we're going to see at SC. I feel genuinely sorry for Chris Roberts at what is likely to come.

Getting tired of the 84 generation who are delusional about the state of the game.
Ugh, this is why I will never get involved with video game development, or really anything that involves general consumers. B2B is the way to be. We can just put our account management team on the road anytime a release is botched. They wine and dine and get a contract extension for our software, LOL.

You don't know me at all. I have lots of respect for people and understand a great deal. I quite happily forgive people's bad grammar and spelling.
No, it's coming from the 'we've seen game development done right and expect that moving forward' generation. If they took the worst game ever made and slapped the Elite title on it, you 84's would praise it as the best thing ever.

I'm certain there is a bit of an attitude there that says, ignore 90% of the forum, it is full of wackadoos and they'd be right to do so. I've pointed out that they have some communication problems/inconsistencies but the forums are a veritable mine field. They need to be extremely careful here and over time, I think they have gone towards keeping quiet as making statements has bit them in the rear a few times.
My version is neither broken nor unplayable. I really begin to wonder if we bought different games.
