Newcomer / Intro death because of a bug , lost everything

Yesterday i was about to leave a station ..
And in one second without any reason..
I did do inpact anything
I got not shoot ..
Nada...
My shield died and i died..
I was at full cargo after buying very expensive stuff
I was on an imperial clipper almost full stuff with almost the best modules..
I had close to 40 millions assets
I could not re buy because of 40k missing..
And i should not even pay that anyway since
It is very clear i died because of a very weird bug..
Now im back inside a sidewinder..

And im telling myself..
Should i really start from almost zero
I still have 1.4 millions but its not near enough to get back in my clipper
Or should i give up the game..

There is nothing more frustrating that died like that
And lost everything over a BUG

In that case .
Can the technical support do something about it?
In fact it is not suppose to be a question..
I should be refunded with all my assets
It is not acceptable that someone lose weeks ..and weeks over a defect coming from the game..

So i am asking frontier to not let those kind of things happend .. It will end up with many gamer stop playing including me ..
Why ? I can accept a death if i screw up..
I cant accept a death coming from nowhere
No impact, no shooting .. Nothing .. Just died

Sorry for the loss bud, was you not given an option to take your ship back but without some of the modules (to take down the cost of the insurance)? Do create a ticket, the dev's have telemetry & can investigate causes of death; you may get lucky.

And btw can someone tell me how long it take to the ticket be treated?
I hear people complaining about having an open ticket for weeks without any answer..
That make me worried..
I brought so much friends into this game
I told them how good that game is .

And now i feel a bit frustrated .

It depends on the type of problem you have submitted. How could you play for so long with such an expensive ship and still fly around with not enough insurance?
If I am running low on credits I park my Vipey and take the Hauler out for a round of trading.

I foolishly parked and paused near a NAV today to let the dogs out and when I came back, I had been killed by an NPC. Fortunately I had 1/4 million credits in the bank to cover my error.

Lesson learned Amigo!
