Excuse my ignorance but are those CME's in real time or time lapse ?

I really hope FD update the suns. This is great inspiration to get things right. I don't feel the true magnificence and power of the sun I've just hyper spaced near. IMO there should be CME's coming from it that interfere with ship equipment in a more visual way (not functional). There should be static received possibly affecting the cockpit view and also via sound waves. There should be sun spots and lots more going on. I feel quite underwhelmed at the moment with how the stars look. They almost feel like place holders to me at the moment.

Worth remembering how enormously massive and powerful our star is - in sheer volume it could contain well over a million Earths, and in a single second, it produces enough energy to satisfy the needs of our entire planet for half a million years - that's every single second...

Just inconceivable.
