Tanmark community goal - bring us land encirhment systems

Ok so we now have our second communtity goal, the target system is tanmark. Anyone else joining in.

Is this the same event around the onionhead if so they could be rebuilding their economy, would be interesting to see what the community goal is

I am no where near Tanmark but isn't that where the Onionhead operation shifted to, vs rebuilding

i believe it is where the rebuilding is taking place, still waiting for screenshots if anyone can give us of the community goal in tanmark

Thanks though they are in german, im sure english will come later, what is the first tier in terms of total tonnes or isnt that listed. Well hopefully its a smaller goal that will have an impact.

my guess is the end result will be that the rares now being grown in tanmark will spread to nearby systems ? and it may determine if the federation move in to destory the crop or weather they decide not to pursue the onionhead spread..... so this might have more of an impact directly on a rares market which is an interesting turn of dev driven manual events. Still no sign of automatic spawning of group goals for certain outcomes though

oops. Sorry for posting german screenshoots. But there aren't any useful informations anyway. Currently 92 Commanders contributed 65k tonnes and the reward will be somewhat proportional. the amount of tonnes needed to complete, even the first tier, isn't listed anywhere.

Yeah i figured it might be a smaller amount than the station building, but still a sizeable amount. If it is at 65k and not even hitting tier one ill check it tomorrow. If this is a large community goal rather than a smaller one im fine with that, just hoping the devs have all sorts of sizes so smaller groups of players on the fringe can achieve something.

Anyone started to work on it? Is that the same crazy requirements than Yembo? We already struggle to go through the Tier over there so good luck achieving anything if they start splitting the community between different events happening at the same time.

Tier 1 already reached, about 160 contributors now. We have collected about 140.000 tons and are on our way to tier 2.

ah so it seems there are smaller community goal projects that smaller groups can do, good to see the devs are listneing.
Yembo has reached level 3 now so its one of the mega projects

Seems unattractive, only 1 commodity and a high tech one at that? Nearby sources will not last very long, and Agricultural stations at their best are a worse takeoff location than Yemba is right now.

Sources are not drying up at any great speed, up to just under 155K tonnes collected by 173 contributors (6K from me, 5th top contributor at present although it will change soon as I am off to bed in a few minutes), a relatively nearby system has a station has well over 100K Land Enrichment Systems and they are sellable at the moment at 1050ish profit per tonne, dropping slowly.

Some money can be made on the outward journey though I admit not a massive amount with it being an agricultural world. At least there are very few pirates, it isn't worth it for cargo that is only going to sell for 2-3K each on the Black Market.

Tier 2 here we come!
