Know that, though you may not have seen anyone else, you were not alone! ED uses a peer-to-peer connection (if I'm not mistaken - correct me if I'm wrong, techies

), so instances can only hold a few people. We had 7-8 people in our instance, and I'm told getting that many people in one instance was very lucky. Hopefully someone will upload a video of our meeting, because it was really nice

We had a reading of the Gettysburg Address and everything

Anyway, was there not long ago and we had like 15 CMDRs flying around at some point, pretty cool

I was there at around and before 18:00 UK time. There were at least a dozen other CMDR's in various ships ranging from eagles up to type9's some with fancy paintjobs. I was in the plain cobra as CMDR Astronut. It was pretty special watching everyone showing off their paint jobs and flying skills. Those eagles are so nippy

uses P2P technology, that also means that I have to allow incoming communications on my FW and configure PAT? Is there a documentation on which ports it uses?

All I know is I didn't have to do anything special to set things up on my end. You might search the forums or post another thread if you're having problems. Wish I could help you more, friend

Was there with maybe a dozen other CMDRs. All spinning happily alongside the station and admiring each others ships. Couldn't chat sadly because of the Rift, but it was nice to see people gather to pay respects. One Cobra had the wireframe white on black paintjob, looked really nice.

I was there, and we had seven or eight of us gliding around. It was fun to be taking things slow and admiring the ship detail for a change.

Almost didn't make it though due to the Upgrade locking my launcher down!

I think I was in that instance with you. It was great to take the Eagle out for a spin one more time before jumping back into the Asp for a journey into deepest space again.

It was also pretty cool - normally I play in the Mobius group, but it was nice to see so many players in open, out whizzing around.

I did have to apologise to one player I actually bumped into - typically the only CMDR I hit whilst zipping around in close passes was flying an unshielded Cobra. Doh. Don't worry, the dint should buff out...
