what do i have to do to do the community goals? and where can i read up on them?

Basically, you have to bring certain commodities to certain locations and sell them there.

Go to the galaxy map and look for 'Tanmark', we are upgrading a station there at the moment.
The Cassie-L-Peia station has an entry form at the message board with all the required information.

with a T7 you should know how to read the commodities list
