1.1 collision derby : Refund did not work for me

Hello.

Am I the only one who did not get refund from the 1.1 collision bug ? I lost two Pythons for a worth of +10 millions credits, and i'm not counting bounties and combat rewards I lost for 2-3 millions more. Anyway, I did not get my money back as it was "supposed" to be done automaticly. Anyone else in this case ? Opened a support ticket, but the time they answer, I will have done 10 times the worth of my refunds lol.

Well, I dunno what you expect the community to do.

If you feel that you were the victim of the collision issues, then you should just log a ticket and wait.

I'm not even sure if the automatic refunds have actually gone out yet or not - could be wrong though

Friend of mine got his the night they said they were refunding. Weird thing for him was it came in two stages.

You are asking the community if anyone else had the problem... but regardless, there's nothing that we can do.
You opened a ticket, you have to wait. No one here can help.

Never received the 1.5 mil for damage to a conda while exiting a station. Only boosting saved from a total wipe. No other ships involved, no station collisions, just leaving normally MB said they would be refunding any losses for damage due to the bug but nothing happening. Not really bothered as traded the loss away by now. Mentioned it here just to show some others are not getting any either. Think it is a case of suck it up I'm afraid.

Sucking up my 15 million bucks is not something I am readdy to do, FDev better bring they're stuff up before people really get upset.

Know how you feel, I had to suck up the 10% python reduction that was wrong on the Founders World station. Because they then made the bug an official discount instead of just an advertised discount I lost a second 10% when I traded it in as it was considered a discounted ship. Was all ticketed ages ago, but the ticket is fading to unread-ability I think and I have moved on since. I can only say don't count on the refund if my own experience is anything to go by. If I didn't enjoy the game so much I would have dumped it a long time ago.
I know content is lacking but I love what actually is here.

Must admit I totally agree with you, but thoes 15 millions down the drain still costed me my Python, I now fly in a FedShip, kinda old-school, but yeah, I think I'm gonna move on, thanks FDev...
