Hi there,

New player here. Started playing a few days ago and really like this game, almost as much as the original one.
Must say, not loading from cassette player is really making life easier :D

Tapes, yeah. Sadly they are a relic now, nothing was more satisfying than having to wait for a game to load.

Welcome aboard Scrip! I too remember the days of loading from cassette. The original Elite was a lot of fun on my Commadore 64, but it was when I upgraded my Amiga 500 with 2Mb's of RAM that "Elite: The Frontier" became the ONLY game I played.
