That just means you have to bring the weapons back there. Go to your galaxy map and look under the trading tab. Turn off all trade routes except Personal Weapons, and see which system and star port is producing Personal Weapons nearby where you are. You have to run over there, buy the 2 tons of Personal Weapons, and bring them back and deliver them within the time limit to successfully complete the mission.
Keep in mind that Personal Weapons are illegal in some systems. If you take them to a system where they're illegal and you're scanned by the authorities you could get a fine.

You can buy personal weapons in Erevate at Russel ring.
Go there and buy two of them. Then bring them back to where you've been given this mission, go to the Bulletin Board and hand them over.
EDIT: Erevate is currently one of the bastions of griefing (god I hate this word) so it might be a good idea to switch to Solo if you go there.

If you didn't actually buy the weapons and go to a system where they're illegal, I can only think that you didn't finish the mission in time and it timed out, for which you might've got a fine. Did you abandon the mission from your Transactions screen when you couldn't do it in time?
Maybe it's something else completely unrelated - have you fired on an authority vessels, or broken any docking laws? If you get into a port and go to the Contacts screen and you do have a fine you can pay it off there and you won't be wanted any more.

I did not buy the weapons. I abandoned the mission in the UI screen before the time was up. Have never fired on anyone, only one time into space.
HOw do i get rid of that 100 cr bounty?
Get to the Contact menu in "STARPORT SERVİCES" there should be 3 options to access.
Select the one who shows your bounty and pay it
BTW, dont abandon missions...

Those personal weapons can be right annoying to find. I started in federation space and have moved over to the empire to get imperial ranks, so I can buy a clipper in due course. Just done this mission, I required 4 units of weapons, took 3 visits to a system 75ly away to achieve it. When I first arrived there, only 2 in stock. Having failed to find any other system nearby with personal weapons, I went back there, got 1 more. Then hopped to another system and back and finally got the 4th one.
Since I started elsewhere I'm no longer flying a sidey. In the Asp with A5 FSD, it was "only" 3 jumps to get to that system.
