Suggestion: Low Light Image Enhancement

Loving the game.

My suggestion is this. Where you are flying in areas with little or no natural light, it can be difficult to see objects such as Asteroids, other ships and space station. My suggestion is to produce some sort of image enhancement in such situations which puts a plain white line around the object in question - making it visible

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain I've seen this done before somewhere.

Yes, but I think it would look cooler if it could be made to look like your avatar.

Evidently, the ships imaging systems can prevent you from going blind when you're next to a star. They should be able to handle low-illumination conditions without resorting to headlights.

Easier to darken then lighten (which is why your phone takes useless photos at night).
