Just wanted to say - the game is a beauty - despite some ennui in some respects- overall - I'm still having a hard time beleiving the universe Frontier has created!
(I still can't get over just how awesome the feeling I get when I approach a World with rings and the billions of rocks and asteroids that make up those rings rise up with LoD.)

Right? This game is great beyond my wildest expectations- planetary landing will find me hard pressed to leave my computer

AND just imagine how it would be with a Rift and headphones; you and I will simply stop eating/sleeping/washing and just play all day!

I'm honestly happy I can't afford to drop 500 bucks for a better computer, rift, and HOTAS because if I could, I would do exactly as you said haha.
