That's because it's an illegal good. It doesn't need a dev to fix it for you.

I had the same problem with Eranin pearl whiskey last night, nobody wanted it. I just kept it in the hold until finally someone took it. I don't think it's a bug, it's just an inconvenience.

It is an illegal in that station. Try selling it at the black market or go to a station where it isn't illegal

Never even noticed these were illegal items. Never had any trouble selling them and never got hassled by security anywhere.
