Attack Anthems

Every good war film has a unique anthem. I'm thinking of such classics as Forrest Gump (Fortunate Son), Full Metal Jacket (Mickey Mouse Song) Apocalypse Now (Ride of the Valkyries) and Good Morning Vietnam (Nowhere to Run). (Feel free to remind me of more)

So, I'm exploring way beyond my competence, to hell and gone the other side of the core systems, in the s**t and Charlie's bringing the heat, do I panic, or just take a hit, wind up some tunes and let the railgun sing?
my attack anthem will be that Northern Soul classic by Chris Clark - Do I love You, Indeed I Do, when I nail you, just remember I love you :)

What will be your Attack Anthem?

Aside: my new swear word is Fasterisk

Haha, "One Vision"? You mean that one? ;)

Someone commented that it's anti-war song......never knew that myself.

Never really thought about the lyrics, but only enjoyed the music.

Here's one of the selected tracks from the Top-Gun Soundtrack Top-Gun-Anthem.

Tom Cruise, now he might make a good Commander Jameson if you'd allow him to be American.

Though if it was a more personal grudge This Rogue Traders track would fit the bill

I swear, I saw the female lead singer of that band walk right past me while I was sitting on a bench waiting for the city train on Park-Road station in Brisbane. She looked like she was alone as well.

I'm still trying to remember which one of their songs I thought was cool at the time.

I almost forgot this classic song.

Van-Halen - Dreams

For some reason, and because of my computers less than adequate sound quality, I can only hear the music and not the lyrics. Still sounds good though, and a unforgettable film clip as well.
