I just flew into Holden dock in Lawd 96 and it was empty, not a soul in sight, no NPC, no nuttin'(honey).

Just a strange, hollow echo kinda sound.

I was waiting for a tumbleweed or somethin'...

I had to do a little work to get that one lined up properly. I was out and about exploring when I first caught it, albeit off center, and it reminded me of the old 'Kilroy' pictures, so I did some maneuvering around until I got lined up well enough to take that.
