I don't think so, but it's $60. If you can save $5/week, you can get it in three months. Maybe you can get it as a birthday gift or something.

As mentioned, the game is still a new release and it's unlikely that it will be offered at a reduced rate for a little while at the least.

I'd like to buy it for my brother who lives in South Africa (I'm in the UK) but didn't realise you could "gift"...

Probably just paypal the person the cash and let them pay for the game off FD's site with the paypal balance. That'd be the easiest way.
