Every time I dock I never cease in wonder at the details in the space stations and ports, trucks going around on their tracks, shipping containers, other ships landing of taking off, even going down into the hanger. What I would like to see is a person or two inside the control towers. they don't have to be animated, just for appearance sake. You got all these things going on but not one person in the glass control towers

They're there for me. Maybe they just hide when they see you coming in for a landing?
(J/K - I'm sure it's on a list somewhere. Human figures are really hard to get even close to right.)
They definitely are. Let's just hope that won't be a reason for skipping character models altogether.
It's a real mood killer that there are no characters anywhere in the game, IMO.

It's a challenging task for FD, but those videos of already existing character tools show it's definitely doable, FD just have to really want it

I was wondering the same thing along with why doesnt any vehicles ever move on the other roads. I just assumed that they ran out of time to work on that and they will visit that later. Yes, I do love the animation and wish for more, just not ahead of the other things we need more at the moment. Got to admit though, what they done, they done good.
