help... Can't log into store to get dowloader

I try to log into the store or my account to download the downloader. (just built new system) I put in the info and it just resets the login. even reset password. Anyone else hAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING IN TO THE ACCOUNT OR STORE? Thanks

You might have to put in a support ticket if you can't log in.
