I have 6 slave smuggling missions. A station that was selling slaves with high supply last night no longer has them... and slaves have disappeared entirely from the galaxy map trade route resource list entirely. (As in, they're not selectable as a commodity type, not that the specific route has disappeared.) Is this just me, or have they disappeared from the game for other people as well?

They're still in game. I was buying them for some missions quite a bit last night (regular Slaves, not Imperial Slaves.)
Not in the game at the moment but I'll go check real quick.
Edit - Can't seem to select them under Other on the Galaxy Map. Didn't check to see if any stations actually had them. Don't have the time to fly around at the moment.

From last night, they were all slaves once I liberated them from the Federal Drop ship.
Had problems yesterday to find some with the galaxy map to. found them via 3rd party trading tool in wolf 424. its a bit strange, that only slaves and not imperial slaves are selectable via the galaxy map...
but i got some yesterday and i got my navy progress.
maybe your trading data of systems selling them was too old and disappeared from the map? in this case the trade routes would be disappearing.

I found some last night for a mission. I stopped trading in them though because I find I often struggle to make a profit on them. But they are out there.
