Not exactly understanding the fuel scoop improvements.

I think I have an A3 fuel scoop. I know its A rated. Anyhow prior to v1.2 it used to scoop around 65@99% heat.
Now I can scoop 70@70% heat. However when I hit around 75% heat, my ship starts smoking.

While I can adapt, I'm not sure how 75% heat should cause the ship to smoke where previously it did that above 100% (that made sense).
I also read where they changed the heat warning a bit but maybe this is too much? I get no warning at all.
So far I haven't received any damage so that's OK.

Any explanation?

OK, so they ignored the suggestion to revert the change and keep 100% = 100%. What used to be 100% is now 66%. A silly change because all it does is confuse people for no reason.
Hell will break loose now on the forum.

I think it's considerably less confusing that you actually start taking damage when the temperature exceeds 100%. Otherwise, what is it a 100% of? Yes, existing players need to readjust their thinking a bit, but the new scale is a lot more intuitive: your ship can take 100% of its heat limit, beyond that you take damage.

It means that all ships will begin to suffer damage at the 100% heat mark. That makes it consistent. No one else seems to be confused by this.
