Just to clarify...
Digital Download Pack: This includes a single digital download of the game, and any expansions, and all the other rewards above except those requiring physical delivery.
Does not come with the alpha/beta of any kind?
Private beta and alpha confuses me to some extent. Is there a separate alpha/beta? Or is the private alpha/beta the same as a closed alpha/beta?
But it does come with expansions... Will these justify the extra 45 pound? As far as I'm concerned the 30 pounds package comes with the same things as the 75 pound package except for the expansions and starting off elsewhere, which doesn't really sway me any.
The fact that you're paying almost 130 USD (2 AAA games) and you don't even get beta is swaying me to not back this game.
I have indeed participated in quite a few alphas/betas just to clarify. I just don't feel 200 pounds is worth just getting into alpha, that's an exorbitant amount of money. Of course I've backed north of that in Star Citizen, but I haven't seen anything to warrant that amount of money at this time.
In short...
I believe there should be a digital version of all packages.
I feel like alpha does not justify 200 pounds. Maybe it's because I know what alphas are like, you shouldn't have to pay that much to get into one. I understand the fact that you want people that are serious about the game and will take the alpha seriously... I'm rambling on now, I better stop.
Don't get me wrong, I will watch this game... the above is just putting me off from backing.
