Not big, but possibly some. Kills in warzone don't count as such in "normal" space. Most rep you gain and lose by redeeming the bonds with certain faction, not actual kills. (And as in many cases in ED - No exact numbers, sorry) But yes, you can get one faction hostile if you really work for it. :)

Cheers. I will leave it for a bit, have not decided which side to go for yet. Let's see what powerplay brings to the table

Hehe, you can always support the war by trading - supplying one side of the conflict. Then you only gain rep with them but don't lose it with the other side. It only works with biggest conflicts, though - some small factions don't even have their own outposts.
