Want to share any interesting regions and tips with fellow exploring dorks?
Wondering where other explorers are out of curiosity or a need to hunt them down and murder them?

UPDATE:

Have deleted the original list due to it being months old. Best to just start from most recient page and add others.

Currently out about 2kish LY from Sol and always Open play, the chances of meeting another cmdr are so small i can't wait for it to happen :)
I explore because well I've always wanted to "boldly go" as it where
ingame name is the same as my forum name.

I'm more than 8000 ly from my Home System. Since so many people head for the core, my explorations are in the other direction, towards the Perseus Arm. At the moment I have flown through it and am in the wispy Phrio Hypoe sector heading towards the faint, smokey wisps at the end of the Outer Arm. The stars are getting thinner, and I hope to make it at least 10,000 ly before I have to turn back.

Added: Since then I have made several trips out along Peresus, reaching a max distance of 20 kylies from my home system. Admittedly not a lot compared to many explorers, but, I'm content with my little trips.

Anyone who wants to add me is by all means free to do so.

Just spent a few days pootling around sinuefai region on the fringes. Back now and just joined the metals to mend the broken capital ship Goal

Started exploring a short while ago, approx. only 2000ly away from home due to life getting in the way and reducing my opportunity to play recently :(

Will hopefully be on tonight for a while.

Very much enjoying it, makes a nice change from the norm, just the stars and Radio Sidewinder for company :)

You should have taken the friend bot with you. My friend bot is call Groot. He's a bit of a stick in the mud sometimes but keeps me sane. At least I think. :D

Feel free to add me to the list. I will be heading out in a couple days for second attempt at core.
This is a great idea. Last time out I wished I had a hundred names on a friend list just to see where everyone was. I can't imagine what it would have been like to actually meet up with someone for a photo shoot.
I was out 3 weeks last time. Will be out longer next time if all goes well.
