Definitive list of illegal rares

Can we compile a definitive list of illegal/illicit rares?

I know that some are obvious, like (Lucan) Onion Head, but I didn't know that Leestian Evil Juice is illegal in some systems until I got scanned and fined by a passing Fed. I don't think it says anywhere that LEJ is illegal.

Here's the list so far:

Leestian Evil Juice is interesting, I have never had any trouble selling it in either Q1 or Chi Eridani. It's never shown up as illicit in the systems that I pass through either.

It definitely is, but only in a handful of systems. You'll see the "Illicit Cargo" warning whilst jumping through some of the systems on the run to 39 Tauri.

Generally it'll be the stuff that shows with pill icons in the cargo list that causes most strife, followed by the various alcohols and tobacco substances.

Lots of alcoholic rares out there. Watch out as many Federation systems ban liquor and tobacco.

Geawen Dance Dust - Sounds like a narcotic...not 100% sure

Haidne Black Brew - Alcohol (I think)
Holva Duelling Blades - Personal Weapons
Honesty Pills - Probably narcotic
Indi Bourbon - Alcohol
Kamitra Cigars - Tobacco
Kongga Ale - Alcohol
Lavian Brandy - Alcohol
Leestian Evil Juice - Sounds illegal, I'm not sure
Onionhead (any variety) - Narcotic
Orrerian Vicious Brew - Alcohol
Rusani Old Smokey - Tobacco
Tarach Spice - Narcotic
Yaso Kondi Leaf - Tobacco

About 90 percent of the time yes. Most outposts have limited security if any at all. Becareful of MILITARY outposts though...those will have patrols similar to orbitals and there is no slot you can fly through to avoid scan...you have to fast dock (difficult with outposts)

Gaewen Dance Dust is listed as a legal drug at it's point of origin (Obruchev Leagacy), which is 400,000 light seconds out from the primary of Gaewen. It's effects mention music causing an irresistible urge to dance.

Probably prohibited somewhere. And I have 16 tons of it...

We Imperials are having a party on the dance club Orca making the circuit in Lugh. Watch death and destruction while you dance the sleep cycle away. It is so fashionable right now to have battleground raves, so trendy, yah!!

Anyway, we'll gladly help you unload your um...party favors :D
