panite?

We don't know and they aren't telling, even after specific threads asking for clarification on if it can actually be mined currently.

I'm guessing no, but we don't know for sure.

I heard a rumour that it was essence of tortured imperial slaves, distilled into an aphrodisiac of the finest quality.

But, I may have made that up :D

I have found them to be purchased at stations and spent a few days mining in the nearby area thinking it was a hint... It was not, could not find it anywhere.

Yup, defo a buff to mining in my opinion - just needs to be found. I'm gonna re-purpose my T7 as a mining dredge soon. Might come in handy!

I found a can of panite in a WSS in the back of beyond hidden amongst a load of other cans..needless to say I'm storing it under my bed for safe keeping!

I've got the feeling that it will be something store bought, £x for a quantity that you sell in game for credits.

Could someone shed some light on this? I'm not a trader nor a miner, so what's the big deal? Is it a new type of metal we think they're releasing that's specifically found while mining?

Noticed it yesterday at a station I can't recall. 1T goes for around 33K... that just might make me a miner if I knew how to find it.

Found a canister in a weak signal source, with about 30 leather/natural fabrics.

I'm current 50ly out from the closest station on the edge.
