Newcomer / Intro Forum user permissions broken?

Hi Support,

not sure where to post else (as not a bug in the game but potentially in the forum :)), but obviously, post counts do not work correctly at least for my user.
I have posted in several conversations in the bug section, but my profile shows 0 posts/threads, and effectively, this also affects my user role as I am no longer allowed to use quotes and other functions - as the forum believes I am a new user :)

Understood you have a daemon running all 30 minutes to align user permissions, but I believe it should not happen to get permissions capped while being online and posting.

Your other posts may be awaiting moderation, which is normal for new members - or something may indeed be broken!

thx guys. I would understand that if I would really be a new member ... but I should have around 10 posts (all of them showing, so no moderation etc.) and it was working before. Will link to the support section as well, thanks again
