[ANNOUNCEMENT] Win an Nvidia Geforce Titan Black in our in-game Scavenger Hunt

32 ships

I believe that is the hard limit per instance.

I thought this was just inside stations etc. So the piracy wont work then considering you would have to be mad lucky to be in that same instance?

I think they will be found quick though. Civilized space has what 150,000 systems I believe, and lots of those dont have stations in them

I'm sure once the cards are all 'in' and the info where to buy is given, everyone will say: AAAAH YES, IT WAS SOOO OBVIOUS, HELL STUPID I WAS!!!!! :D :D :D

I wouldn't be so sure. I was hanging out there for about 30 minutes and most people aren't even concentrating, I don't think anyone even had a cargo scanner. Even small ships were managing to get into the station easily without even being threatened. We were passing time playing football with a cannister of biowaste. I didn't see anything close to ganking, cheating or murdering take place.

Exactly,I just flew there and docked, guess what? They didn't even scan my vulture.

And now I am sitting there too, we are chatting and taking selfies of our ships for reddit, that shows how desperate humans beings are to be in a group, even if it doesn't make anything useful :p

Neither. Mac's are completely different hardware. You can't put a PC graphics card in a Mac.

I'll admit that I have a PC and so I don't know but why wouldn't a NVIDIA graphics card work on a Mac? Frontier lists on Mac spec requirements for Beta:

3.4GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 8GB memory NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M with 2GB video memory / AMD Radeon R9 M290X with 2GB video memory Mac OS 10.10.x (10.10.03 recommended)

Which leads me to believe that a NVIDIA will run on OSX.

Guess I'm out of date. Last time I was screwwing around with Macs upgrading them was impossible, the firmware and os couldn't support it.

Thanks max, you saved me the trips...
Just been to alpha starport, not here either. I'm willing to bet it's unrelated to anything at this point.

It might not have been. They are in a civil war with the current ruling power in Leesti... maybe they have to win before the cards show up for purchase...
