Where have all the Empire missons gone ?

Trying to get to baron only one more rank to go and I cant find a single empire mission anywhere. I have checked 10 different systems and none of the empire factions are giving missions. Anyone have some places you can point me so i can grind out the last rank ?

That bug doesn't prevent progress, its just the mission generator trying to give you a reward.
OP you just need to keep on at it. Sometimes the random number generator is cruel and makes you wait a week then gives you two missions one after the other. Try working for minor factions you know you've not worked for before.

Its not rank progress missions i cant find its the missions to get to get rep for those missions.
