Hoko - Overnight Changes?

Been hanging out in Hoko for a few days.

Yesterday, as I recall, it was an anarchy with several RES's, a couple of low intensity and high intensity CZ's etc etc.

I log in tonight and it seems to have become a democracy with no RES's or CZ's. What has happened?

A faction secured the system by fighting off the anarchy groups that were running it.

The universe in ED isn't static. Government forms change, conflict zones come and go. The fact that you see conflict zones in the system in the first place is a clear indication that it is currently in a state of civil war, which can lead to such changes.
