i backed elite with the 80 pound all expansions pack but now

Mm this happened to me too, backed just above £80 as wanted the dlc, only I just see £50. Read the part here about it all, which soothed my worries however digging deeper the store days I only have standard beta (no dlc) this is covered in premium. However this is exactly what I purchased by buying above £80.

its still listed in the backers app that has now reopened
 
Hope it will be solved, you get quite worried if the account will disappear in the migration, I've spent 105£ backing this game.

Me also, I pledged £50 way back in very early april and put another 40£ just before the deadline. Its now only showing the original 50£
 
This is the land of confusion

I think part of the issue arises from the fact that at a certain backer level you had this:


Digital Download Pack. This includes a single digital download of the game, any expansions and 500 credits when starting a new game.


Which seems to equate to this:

But the expansion pass does not show up if you have the digital download pack. Even though it is listed as a product in the store.
 
I strongly suggest that the store more strongly and noticeably document that there may be more backer purchases than what are listed in the My Account Dashboard. Saying in the store that someone spent X when they certainly spent X + Y is extremely confusing. Perhaps a link to the backers app (which I thought was going away when the store opened) so we can easily compare and re-assure ourselves is part of a good solution?

It's actually stating incorrect information which is going to freak people out. Also seems to have randomly lost other bits of information like bits of name and address - which all gives the impression that something's gone wrong. Definitely a good idea to clarify, or even just redirect backers who log in to the backers app.

bought £37 Federal Trader but store just shows standard edition @ £30

now whilst the backers app info is correct - what you actually download comes from the store - so it is worrying to see incomplete and indeed incorrect information there

i have rasied a support ticket and will see what they say and post reply

As previously mentioned the store only lists the products you are entitled to, not Kickstarter rewards, these are still tracked through the Backers App.

Just to add my voice, I think this is really sloppy. The new web store is really unclear, and it's unsurprising that people are confused. To add insult to injury, I can no longer access the backers app. I've tried a password reset, but it won't let me in.
 
Oh, and another thing.... I just noticed that my postcode didn't carry over from the backers' app to the web store. I had to update it manually. Bit worrying, considering this will be the shipping address.

Its just a transitionary phase. No need to panic, let them sort it out first.

They did say that the shop shows only the alpha, beta or digital game part of your order not all the rest of it for Kickstarter pledgers but perhaps this should be mentioned in a note somwhere on the storefront.

There should be an upgrade facility added so people can move up to higher levels of involvement but I am sure that will be coming.

I should have read the original letter/email re. the store opening properly - though it could have been worded better.

I initially missed this :

"Remember to continue using the Backers App to check on all your reward items including physical goods. You will also find a useful info page at zaonce.net/backers-info."

Felt silly when I finally figured it out.. :eek:

Edit : When I first saw it though, I thought I saw a download button somewhere, but I was at work at the time - Can anyone clarify that? Bought the 90 pound package.

Maybe it would be worth to add disclaimer for backers in shop? :) That link is way down there :D

Also, I can't login in backer's app either. I need email to FD right (not the shop)?

I hope so, I just TUPEd over to a new company with a mid month pay date, so now have another months salary sat there burning a hole in my pocket, so I'd love to upgrade my account from Founder to Alpha for £50 rather than the £200 that's available in the shop.

FD - allow upgrades to alpha for backers and take my money!!! :D

ok - but i can no longer login to the app (i could earlier today) - tried to change password but that seemed to change my "store" password - are the store and app passwords meant to be the same? can't seem to login in to app using old or new password though

am a bit reluctant to keep trying to change password until its clear whats going on

i have submitted a ticket but clarification here would be helpful
