Can you spot the blackholes?

Howdy folks,

The past few weeks I've been making my way to the centre of the galaxy.
On this journey I've been having a lot of problems with my route plotting.
My PC simply won't plot a course.
Due to this I've been hand plotting the course on my way back from the centre.
By doing so i was quite surprised by the great amount of blackholes I've found.
I've been litterally plotting my course from black hole to black hole. And mostly they're just 1 jump apart from eachother.
There are just so many black holes out there!

With the oculus they're very easy to spot as the oculus brings you "inside" the map, but even on a monitor they're rather easy to spot (if you know how to look for them).

A tip to spot them: Turn your view so that the light part of the milkey way is lighting the screen. This makes the black pixels easier to spot.

To show you what I mean I have here a little contest.

look at the picture and tell me how many black holes you see. (tip: enlarge the pic)

I'll post a spoiler later. Have fun spotting the blackholes!

Now see if you can find some more on the other pic. Because I found my count already amazing!

lol, I did consider it. But then I saw your count on that, and decided I didn't want to do the same for another picture. :D I'll be testing it near me when I get onto the game this evening!

another tip to find blackhole regions.
in your map view deselect all stars except non sequence stars.
That way you'll find the pockets of neutron stars and black holes. You can easily spot the large volume areas that way.

All those white dots are either neutron stars or black holes. As you can see, to many to count!

I knew that one. :) I've just come through several neutron star fields on my way out of the core. A couple had black holes, or were black holes, but black holes seem to be secondary stars more than primary ones in a system.

I'm now 2500ly from Sag-A. Traveled all this way back jumping from black hole to blackhole. The times I had to make an extra jump I can count on 1 hand.
Non of the blackholes I visited were discovered.
It's just amazing how many there are!
This should at least make some extra money on this trip :)
