Well I got a response back to my address problem
"This was an issue caused during the import from backer app to online store. This shouldn't affect any deliveries for the foreseeable future and we will work on a solution for those that have also been affected but may not have noticed. This shouldn't affect your order in any way, as we will still be referring to the backer app database to fulfil the rewards of our backers."
