Anyone using C3 Fixed Pulse on a Python?

Hi

I've tried fixed, but I struggled with them. I find the Python's lower manoeuvrability unsuited to fixed. Other CMDRs may be fine with them, but I wasn't keen.

I'm using 3 x C3 beams now.

I have settled on gimbaled C3 pulse x 2, fixed C2 beam x2, and a C3 PA. I swap between the 4 lasers when taking down shields or Asp and below targets, and the C3 gimbals and the PA when I am in close going for the power plant of Asp and above. I do like the fixed beams (had all gimbals before) when I get chaff-ed and I like the PA for knocking off the last 25% in one shot. Been really been chopping and changing but think I am going to stay with this one a while. Working very well in Volungu. I hear good things about 2 x C3 gimballed beams and 3 x gimbaled cannons (2 x C2 and 1 x C3) however if you want to try another proven loadout.
