I actually went and gave the A5 Thrusters a try and I do notice an increase in turning ability and speed. the A5 brings the boost up to 390 so it's a sizable increase. I added a chaff and now I'm just working on a new shield boosting stacking formula. I can fit 3 C boosters but I want to see if I can mix and match for a touch more shield.
Yeah, but I have a hunch your load out with the D4 may be the best PVP vulture setup I've seen so far. Check out this vid that Morbad posted in another thread:

Or this one of the Dropship in action:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udJApeQaJZg (I know less about this vid but it appears to be the most cumbersome ship using flight assist 'off', shield cells, and power switching very well)
I've posted these two videos, not to discredit the Vulture (or assume that you guys don't already know this), but just to suggest a few things to take into account when fighting PVP (which I'm no expert in, but I like to do a bit of research for to know I could at least put up a bit of a fight if attacked by pros

)
I think that although the Vulture is the quickest money earner in NPC bounty hunting, it falls foul of Chaff stacking and player commanders in bigger ships (especially FDL, Python) who run a mix of gimbled and fixed (and have practised with fixed). I know de-targeting has been suggested but I find this detargets the subsystems as well, and can be fiddly if you're not used to fixed - and even if you are, a player who regularly uses a fixed gun will probably outdo a player who is not as practised, fixed v fixed.
Note in Morbad's vid, the Vulture that gives him most grief is the one who manages to stay behind him, but even then, only until he's disposed of the one in front of him.
This is why I would suggest that your lesser thruster setup is going to help the Vulture last longer against less manoeuvrable, bigger ships (that can still find their target easily enough, no matter how high the manoeuvrability), however, the issue of which weapon to use is also important. I reckon your D4 thruster setup with two fixed pulse might well be the top PVP setup (but yeah, all with it's problems)...double beam or even burst, would just take up too much power needed for other essentials...
LOL, I went on a bit there
Just my opinion, anyhowz
