can anyone tell me about federal invitation, I got this invitation and it says I have to go to a certain star, but when I go to that star I do not find anything, so I can not accept it, what do I have to do, thanks

The 'Federal Invitation' "Missions" give you the permit to a specific system as reward for your loyal services for the Federation. You just have to accept the mission and you have the permission. You don't need to go anywhere.

The missions are still a bit buggy tbh. Sometimes I get the invitation Missions several times, even when I already have the permit. Sometimes even more than once in the same bulltein board.

Yes, the permit to that system should be listed in the right hand panel of your ship.
Just keep doing Fed missions and you'll get more permits (and rank progression missions).
